Our history

Since 2001 we have gained an enviable reputation in the public and community service sectors for delivering practical, effective and affordable management training. Although our company is headquartered in Melbourne we conduct our seminars, workshops and courses throughout Australia.

In 2017 we took the decision to broaden our client base and from 2018 we will be offering tailored programs for the corporate sector under our ‘Pathways Corporate Training’ brand. We look forward to being of service!

Our courses

We focus on the delivery of five core programs. These are:

  • So You’ve Made It To ‘Manager’… How To Survive and Thrive! (a two day program)
  • Human Resources Management… The Essentials (a one day program)
  • Emotional Intelligence = Success. How To Get Your Share (a one day program)
  • Accounting and Financial Management Demystified (a one day program)

Pathways Corporate Training is also able to deliver these programs in-house or provide a tailored solution.

Our people

Our people are not just ‘trainers’. They have been selected because of their qualifications and significant experience in the areas in which they teach. They have all ‘been there and done that’!

Importantly too, they all take pride in ensuring that the course material is delivered in an engaging, interesting and often humorous way. They won’t be boring… we promise!
